I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Egyptian museum and metro station, making it easy to explore Cairo. However, the rooms were in a terrible state, dirty and uncomfortable, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The lack of basic amenities, like towels and functional TV, added to my frustration. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My stay at this hostel was quite disappointing. Although the staff was nice, communication issues led to misunderstandings throughout my visit. The broken elevator forced me to climb seven floors daily, and the cleanliness of the room was subpar, only being cleaned twice during my ten-day stay. The breakfast variety was lacking, and there were troubling moments regarding my girlfriend's health situation. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had a lovely stay just before Christmas at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us find some great local restaurants, and I appreciated their respect for our intercultural relationship. Although there were some quirks, like the room not being automatically cleaned and the unique wetroom-style bathrooms, the overall experience was positive, especially for the price and comfort during chilly nights in Cairo.
